1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Black Hat Market ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

2. Definitions

• Platform — The Black Hat Market website and all associated services.
• Buyer — A user who purchases digital products on the Platform.
• Seller — A user who lists and sells digital products on the Platform.
• Product — Any digital good, including AI agents, trading bots, automation scripts, and related software.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

4. Purchases & Payments

All purchases are processed through Stripe. Prices are listed in US dollars and include all applicable fees unless stated otherwise. Upon successful payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased Product for personal or commercial use, subject to any license terms specified by the Seller.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final. Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in cases of duplicate charges, technical issues preventing download, or if a Product is materially misrepresented. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

6. Seller Obligations

Sellers agree to:

• Provide accurate descriptions of their Products.
• Ensure their Products do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property.
• Not list malicious software, malware, or any product designed to cause harm.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Respond to buyer inquiries in a timely manner.

Black Hat Market charges a platform commission on each sale. Seller earnings are tracked and paid out according to the payout schedule described in the Seller dashboard.

7. Intellectual Property

Sellers retain ownership of their Products. By listing a Product, Sellers grant Black Hat Market a non-exclusive license to display, promote, and distribute the Product on the Platform. Buyers receive only the rights specified in the Product's license terms.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose.
• Redistribute, resell, or share purchased Products without authorization.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from Products unless explicitly permitted.
• Interfere with the Platform's operation or security.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions.
• Post fraudulent reviews or manipulate ratings.

9. Limitation of Liability

Black Hat Market is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of Products purchased on the Platform, including but not limited to financial losses from trading bots or AI agents. You use all purchased Products at your own risk.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users. Suspended sellers will still receive payouts for legitimate completed sales.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
